There is absolutely no war on Christianity in America!

Just ask the good folks at the St. Paul, Minnesota city hall!  This isn't a war on Easter - it's simply a rejection of green plastic grass and colored eggs.

Here's a newsflash for the PC nuts in the Twin Cities - most Christians don't consider bunnies, plastic grass and dyed eggs to be real symbols of Easter...

  1. Those bastards will not get their filthy mitts on my bunny. The bunny has a cozy hutch replete with bedding comprised on shredded Bill Clinton testimony made under oath.

  2. Look, just because the Lord may or may not have had a pet bunny doesn't mean we have to get our panties all in a bunch! What's next, fuzzy little yellow chicks?

Oh, wait. Bird flu; better get rid of those, too.

  3. you're right Cate, in my family we have never used the Easter bunny, Santa Claus etc. Not because I necessarily thinks those things are bad but because we wanted our children to know that they ARE different, that they are not citizens of this world and we also hope that it gives us opportunity to share why these holy days are much more than getting gifts and eating chocolate bunnies.

  4. No bunnies for Easter? My, my, my, whatever will we do? Let me think. Pray, share a meal with my children and play a little "hide and seek". Remember that Jesus suffered for us on the cross. Remember that he was and is the only perfect person on the planet. No need for bunnies here.
